Pricing FAQ

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Customers from any country are welcome.

Will tax be added?

Depending on your country or state, VAT, GST or sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout once online purchase opens.

Can I buy MYCFO today?

Not online yet. MYCFO is in early access. The installer, licensing and online checkout are being prepared. Request a demo or early access and we'll contact you.

Do you offer volume or firm licensing?

We plan to. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs.

What do I need to run MYCFO?

MYCFO is a Windows desktop application. It is tested on Windows 11 (other Windows versions are being verified) and uses a MySQL database.

Can several people use MYCFO at the same time?

Not yet. MYCFO is single-user today. Multi-user access with user rights and record locking is on the roadmap.

Can I enter invoices in foreign currencies?

Not yet. Each company has a home currency chosen from 154 world currencies (currency records include an exchange-rate field), and vouchers are entered in that home currency. Foreign-currency vouchers with exchange gain/loss are on the roadmap.
